Part of a now defunct fan project, these were available to purchase for a short while. All profits from them were and will be donated to Toys For Tots.

This image is big. The amount of buzz circulating the internet in the weeks leading up to Winter Wrap Up was unprecedented. I can almost imagine that "leaked" song was intentional, because it was all anyone could talk about. The actual episode did not disappoint, so to commemorate, I thought up these three shoes based on the unique team vests worn by the ponies. The design is supposed to based on the vest of the team leader, with the leader's star badge, but also has a stylized team emblem on the sides. Though they appear small in the render, the badge is actually pretty big, bigger than the regular cutie marks are in these designs. I wanted to use the whole side of the shoes, pretty much.

Those item descriptions are how they appeared in the shop before it went down, and for each one I wanted it to sound almost like the tagline to a recruitment poster. Oddly enough, I got the idea for that from reading Green Lantern, and seeing the rings all welcome new wearers in different ways. It kind of evolved from there into something I little cheerier.

Too bad you do not sell 'em anymore, I'd love to get a pair from the plant team for this summer... Oh well, all good things has to come to an end. I am glad the money went to charity!
